09 Apr Thackeray Group receives more than 85% of Q2 rents
The group reported that the remaining monies owed for the period covering April to June were subject to ongoing discussions with its tenants on a case-by-case basis.
These discussions include tenants being able to pay monthly, rent holidays, rent-free periods and re-gears.
“We understand our role to help support our smaller independent occupiers who are less resilient to a forced closure,” the company said.
“During these uncertain times, Thackeray Group are actively assisting smaller businesses who are suffering financially, by providing concessions to those hit hardest by the effects of the pandemic.”
