Antony Alberti and Brett Palos acquired The Thackeray Estate portfolio, comprising properties in Kensington Square and Old Brompton Road in 2012. Previously owned by an old English family and requiring 28 signatures at exchange of contracts, the estate opened up a new mixed-use world for the pair. This acquisition provided the duo with a powerful base for the acquisition of a further 400,000 sq.ft of assets. The company is actively acquiring asset management and redevelopment opportunities across Central and Greater London and the Home Counties.

The Thackeray Estate has in excess of 100 retail and restaurant stores in London and the South East. We maintain strong relationships with a large cross section of national retailers and are continually looking to enhance our portfolio.
The Thackeray Estate has a large core office portfolio. We are currently developing over 100,000 sq. ft. of contemporary grade A offices, with another 100,000 sq ft in the pipeline. Our major office holdings are in The City, Hammersmith and Southbank.
